Within the identified themes, our projects cut across themes and have multiple benefits. This novel approach has helped us identify themes which are high impact and have multiple benefits – to various stakeholders. Commercial organisations are also part of the eco-system as they help generate surplus (profits) which make the projects sustainable and replicable.

THEMES: Our projects revolve around the core themes of Water, Employability and Rural Development.
- Water:
Fresh water availability is going to be reduce over the years. And with increasing population, urbanisation and changing climate this is going to become a crisis. We anticipate that the crisis will set in suddenly and will be acute.
At the same time we have period of excess water – during monsoon months. With the changing weather patterns the rains have become erratic and lead to problem of floods/ excess water. We also have areas of perennial floods – Eastern parts of India.
2. Employability – Skill Development
We have been working in the area of skill development since inception 2015 and have trained more than a 100 electricians, carpenters. We have also started computer training.
- Rural Areas
- Semi-urban areas

3. Rural development – Income generation:
- Fisheries
- Wasteland reclamation
- Rural clean Energy
- Eco tourism/ “Voluntourism”
- Arts & craft
- Family Health
